Cammish: Jordan collisions under safety car a “farce”
By:
 Oct 1, 2019, 5:01 PM

BTCC driver Dan Cammish says his collisions with title rival Andrew Jordan while under safety car conditions at Silverstone was a “farce from start to end”.

In the second race of the penultimate round of 2019, a safety car was called when Adam Morgan beached his Mercedes in the gravel on the exit of Becketts.
Jordan and Cammish raced up to the safety car line on the start/finish straight, with Jordan crossing the line just 0.007s ahead of Cammish. Neither knew who had track position and so they circulated side-by-side while the race was neutralised, before making contact on the approach to Brooklands.   More Info

Celebrating World Tourism Day 2019 in Jordan

Sep 21,2019 – Last updated at Sep 21,2019

Jordan News – Jordan’s tourism sector depends mainly on its iconic cultural heritage sites — five of which are inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List — and diverse natural resources that attract substantial tourist flows, reaching up to five million tourists contributing JD3.5 billion in revenue, constituting 12.4 per cent of GDP, and more than 53,341 direct employments in 2018.

Meanwhile, the sustainability of Jordan’s tourism resources is threatened by irresponsible practices represented in littering and dumping garbage along with increased degradation of cleanliness standards at major historical sites, forests and tourist facilities by the public.
